The minimum quantity for custom printing is 100 cartons. Which is equivalent to 100,000 cups.
الحد الأدنى لكمية الطباعة المخصصة هو 100 كرتون. أي ما يعادل 100،000 كوب.
We aim to provide our Clients the best products at the best value. And due to the high setup cost of printing runs, we believe that 100 cartons is the optimal quantity to dilute the cost of custom’s design & printing, and the best value for the customers.
نحن نهدف إلى تزويد عملائنا أفضل المنتجات بأفضل كمية مناسبة . ونظرا لارتفاع تكلفة الطباعة، نحن نعتقد أن 100 كرتون هو الكمية المثلى لتخفيف تكاليف التصميم والطباعة، بأفضل كمية ممكنة للعملاء.
Virtually we can reproduce almost any image by the CMYK (classic four-color printing), however, both the chemical and physical characteristics of the paper with which the cups are made, require a special attention in the realization of the artworks and the choice of colors. We suggest you provide us artworks made with pre-defined Pantone-U colors, up to a maximum of 5. You should consider that higher the number of colors you will choose, the higher the cost of printing will be. However, our Design department will be always happy to provide you a detailed technical advice.
نحن يمكننا تقريبا ان ننتج أي صورة( تحتوي علي اربعة الوان مطبوعة)، ومع ذلك، فإن كل من الخصائص الكيميائية والفيزيائية للورق الذي يصنع منها الكؤوس، تتطلب اهتماما خاصا في عمل التصاميم واختيار الألوان.
نقترح عليك تزويدنا الأعمال الفنية المصنوعة مسبقا مع الالوان المحددة، بحد أقصى5 الوان.
يجب عليك الانتباه في أن ارتفاع عدد الألوان التي سوف تختارها، سيؤدي الي رتفاع تكلفة الطباعة. ومع ذلك، قسم التصميم لدينا ممتنون لتقديم النصائح التقنية تفصيليا.
We should consider three scenarios: Scenario 1. We will get a ready to print Artwork, Scenario 2. We will get from you an artwork that need an adaptation, Scenario 3. We will design for you a new artwork.
Scenario 1: A Standard Period of 75 up to 90 days from time of order confirmation.
Scenario 2: The Standard Period + the adaptation time (usually not more of a week).
Scenario 3: The Standard Time + the Artwork design time (it will be variable depending on your request and expectations and usually could take between 10-30 days. As a rule, a much creative and unique Artwork will require more time than a simple one.).
يوجد ثلاثة احتمالات: الاحتمال الاول ان يكون هناك تصميم جاهز للطباعة ، الاحتمال الثاني . سنحصل منك تصميم ولكن تحتاج الي تعديلات لملائمة الطباعة، السيناريو 3. سنقوم بعمل تصميم جديد يناسب رؤيتك. السيناريو 1: الوقت القياسي من 75 إلى 90 يوما من وقت تأكيد الطلب. السيناريو 2: الوقت القياسي + زمن التعديلات للملائمة (عادة ليس أكثر من أسبوع). السيناريو 3: الوقت القياسي + وقت تنفيذ التصميم (سيكون متوقف علي اختياراتك و وتوقعاتك للتصميم وعادة ما بين 10-30 يوما. في العموم ان التصميم الإبداعي والفريد من نوعه يتطلب وقت اكثر من التصاميم العادية .).
نحن نستخدام نوعية طباعة فليكسو علي كاساتنا الورقية فقط . و لا نستخدم طباعة أوفست مطلقا.
We only use flexo printing for our paper cups. And we never use offset printing.

Yes, there is a one time printing plates charge if you decided to print your own design / logo on the cups.
انها 600 ريال سعودي لكل لون (160 دولار أمريكي لكل لون). فمثلا إذا كان تصميمك الخاص يحتوي علي 4 ألوان فإن تكلفة الطباعة هي 2400 ريال سعودي . والتي تدفع لمرة واحدة فقط .ولن تكون هناك رسوم طباعة للطلبات المتكررة لنفس التصميم
It’s SR600 per color (USD160.00 per color). So for example if your design is 4 colors then the printing plates charge is SR2,400.00. Which is paid only with the 1st order. Subsequent orders will not have this charge.
